Monthly IT Retainers

Cancellations requested prior to project kickoff qualify for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Once sprint production begins, initial deposits remain non-refundable to cover reserved design capacity.

Ongoing technical support and maintenance plans require 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Notices submitted past this window take effect at the close of the subsequent month.

Work-in-Progress & Code

Studio Termination

Upon early contract termination, all compiled code, repository access, and completed architecture assets are transferred to the client after final settlement of outstanding hourly work.

Finebrowse Studio reserves the right to halt services due to unpaid invoices or contract breach. In such instances, clients receive a pro-rated refund for any unearned prepaid balances.
